Mr. Li Heli who is Executive Director of Chinese Association of Engineering Blasting takes on a leading position of the corporate general manager.

The company has 300 permanent staff, among of them 6 was awarded the honor of “advanced engineering and technical personnel”, 17 “intermediate titles in engineering and technical personnel” .There are 2 accountants, and 24 other engineering and technical personnel, 12 first-class architects, 27 second-class architects, 20 Project Manager. 7 advanced blasting engineering staff has been issued the qualification by Ministry of Public Security. The numbers of primary and Intermediate blasting operations staff are 13 and 10 separately. Our company has more than 20 projects parts and granite quarry under the jurisdiction of the Department, and 2 stone processing factories.
Major equipments of the company includes: LM-501C crawler hydraulic drilling machine (4sets), Ingersoll-Rand Drilling Rig DTH (10 sets), Fu Sheng and the Atlas, such as wind pressure of DTH drilling rigs (11 sets), and other small air compressor( 24 Units), various models of excavators (10 Units), all kinds of vehicles (more than 20).

1. Highway Construction: The company has assumed rock blasting items of Yantai-Weihai Highway, Zhen-Ba Highway, Beijing-Shanghai Highway, Tong-San Highway, Sinkiang –Tuoku Highway, and a large rock blasting engineering of Zouping-Huangshan South Road.
2. Urban Road Construction: The company utilized controlled blasting technology, successfully finished the Youth Road, Happiness Road, Motor City and Huanshan east exit tunnel, the red flag road of Yantai City as well as the mountain tunnel blasting engineering work.
3. Site Formation Blasting: the company has taken on the project site Laiwu big H formation, Yantai Abas venues Beishan formation, Yantai Development Zone, Site Formation Institute of Technology, Yantai Development Zone, Foxconn site formation, Yantai Development Zone, Daewoo Shipbuilding a project site formation Baosteel project engineering and Fukuyama 1, Phase II site preparation works and so on;
4. Blasting and Port Filling Projects: blasting and filling works of two Yantai Ports ( phase II and III).
5, Trench Blasting: Yantai 40km gas pipeline trench blasting engineering.
6. Blasting Backout Works: The company utilized controlled blasting technology, successfully plucked down chimney above 60 meters high, more than 60 towers, buildings, highways, more than 20 railway bridges, 5 cooling towers and several large-scale enrichment and recovery of pools, we have safely plucked down fermentation tanks and more than 2000 cubic meters pulp pool with water pressure blasting technology applied.
7. Underwater Blasting: The Bohai Sea ferry terminal and a number of deep water column Cutting blasting caisson were implemented successfully.
